Dreaming of Outdoor Space?
Ahh....the summer is here, and we are approaching some much needed time off.
This is the time Consolidate federal loans year where everyone asks for properties with outdoor spaces. Not only are they lower in supply and in high demand there are emotions which make many people covet it. It's not the space...but the dream of a life they had or want. See below for popular dreams and uses of outdoor space....and enjoy your 4th of JULY WEEKEND!
What do you want your outdoor dream to look like?
1-FROSTIES...yes- the photos gave it away. There's nothing like quenching your thirst above Gotham City with your friends- whether it be on the shared roof, or your private garden enclave(I'm sure many of you prefer the latter) there's plenty of reasons to gather with friends or family, sit back and relax with a cocktail under the stars. 2-ROMANTIC DINNERS- I'm not promoting BBQing as there are so many restrictions that can lead an innocent meal Signmeupnow a serious fire/insurance issue... I am suggesting taking din outside with some candles and gaze into the skyline...or someone! The rest is up to you!
3-FIREWORKS- Yes...there's no accident with my timing! data raid recovery July 4th of JULY- there will be many roof deck parties and viewing opportunities- may your festivities and fireworks be amazing!
4-SUNBATHING- Many of you that know me are laughing as a tan is my signature. Many others have the same love for the sun and can relate to being tan a high percentage of the year-and it's much easier to maintain with your own outdoor sun enclave! You're probably wondering if I have some of that coveted outdoor space..yes-a terrace and roof deck...just in case!
5-A Little TASTE OF THE SUBURBS...and the good life. Many of you didn't grow up urban, and it feels so good to get close to your roots! A little bit of trees, grass and the opportunity to go "someplace else" in the apartment!
6-DOG LOVERS- It's a great way to keep the apartment clean and airy, and potty train the pups! Just make sure the fencing is strong with small openings!
